This explains what we collect on www.trabahofit.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
Who is responsible
TrabahoFit is operated by an individual based in the Philippines: Denise Isabella Umaly, Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. For anything about your data, email hello@trabahofit.com. We reply within 2 business days.
What we collect
- Your quiz answers and the result they produce.
- Your first name and email address. Your email is how we send you your result and how you get back to anything you bought, so we need it to deliver the result.
- Standard web data: the page that sent you here, UTM parameters in the link you clicked, your browser user agent, and your IP address in our server logs.
We do not ask for your address, your birthdate, or any government ID. We do not collect sensitive personal information.
Payment details never reach us
PayMongo Philippines, Inc. processes payments. You enter your GCash, Maya or bank details on PayMongo's page. We never see or store them. We receive only a payment reference and the amount, so we can unlock what you bought.
Why we use it
- To build and show your quiz result, and to deliver what you paid for.
- To email you your result and answer your messages.
- To send you our newsletter: job tips, new guides and new products. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and one click stops it. You can also email us to opt out.
- To see which pages and links work, so we can improve the quiz and the guides.
- To give you an account, if we add accounts. Your email would be your login and the way you reach your results and purchases.
No ad trackers run on this site today. We do not sell your data to anyone.
Who else handles it
These companies process data for us, and only for us:
- Supabase, our database. Your quiz rows are stored in Sydney, Australia.
- Vercel, which hosts and serves the site.
- Resend, which sends our email.
- PayMongo, which handles payments.
Because Supabase stores our data in Australia, your information is held outside the Philippines. We use providers that protect it to the standard the Data Privacy Act requires.
How long we keep it
Quiz records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. If you ask us to delete yours sooner, we do. Records tied to a payment may be kept longer where a law or PayMongo requires it.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you have the right to:
- be told what we hold about you and see it,
- have anything wrong corrected,
- have your data erased or blocked,
- object to how we use it,
- get a copy of your data in a portable form,
- be compensated for damage caused by misuse of it.
To use any of these, email hello@trabahofit.com from the address you gave us, or tell us the email you used. We reply within 2 business days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.
Keeping it safe
The site runs over HTTPS. Quiz data is written through restricted database functions, and only the site operator can read it.
Changes
If this policy changes we update the effective date at the top of this page. See also our Terms of Service.
