Which BPO companies in the Philippines are hiring agents now?

Foundever, Concentrix, Nezda Technologies, EXL, iQor and Work Avenue each had two or more agent openings in our sample on 25 September 2026. In total, 38 different employers were hiring call center agents in the 50 posts we read. Big names sit next to small local firms and recruitment agencies.

Method in one sentence: we read 50 live call center job posts on JobStreet on 25 September 2026, in the order the site listed them, with at most 4 posts per company, and recorded what each post says. Four is a cap we set, so Foundever reaching it shows only that it had at least four openings that day. Treat the chart as a snapshot of who was hiring.

The 31 companies with one post each include Accenture, IBM Business Services, Sutherland, TTEC, VXI, Transcom, IBEX, Manulife Global Solutions, HCL, BDO Unibank and vCustomer (Tech Mahindra). Three of the 50 posts came from recruitment agencies hiring for a client.

What do the biggest BPO employers say on their own careers pages?

Most big BPOs list their Philippine sites on their careers or location pages, but few state a Philippine headcount or a work from home share. The table shows only what each company’s own page said when we checked it on 25 September 2026, next to what our job post sample showed for the same company.

We left out headcount figures you see on other lists (for example “100,000+” agents for one company) because the company’s own page does not state them. Foundever is the only employer below that publishes a Philippine headcount.

Which BPO companies hire beginners with no experience?

In our sample, 23 of 50 posts (46%) said outright that they accept applicants with no experience, and those 23 posts came from 16 different companies. Foundever had the most with 4, all 4 of its posts. Another 8 posts (16%) called experience preferred but not required.

One company can ask for different things at different sites. Concentrix had a Mandaluyong post that asked for no experience at all, while its Nuvali healthcare post asked for a strong customer service background. Foundever’s Alabang post accepted SHS and college applicants with no BPO experience but asked old-curriculum high school graduates for 6 months to 1 year. Read the post for the site you apply to.

Requirements block of a Concentrix JobStreet post: no prior call centre or customer service experience required, high school diploma or equivalent.

No experience accepted does not mean no screening. Expect an interview in English and often an assessment, so prepare with our call center interview questions and sample answers and the guide to the assessment and typing test.

Which BPO companies offer work from home?

Few companies state it. Foundever’s Philippine page says “Work at home: 10%”, and Concentrix’s job search has an “Only work from home” filter. None of the other careers pages in our table mention work from home.

In our sample, only 3 of 50 posts (6%) were fully work from home: ConnectUs, Zellis and Creathink. Another 6 (12%) were hybrid, from Manulife Global Solutions, IBM Business Services, 3M, Nezda, LogiScale and the recruiter Viventis. Most posts (22 of 50) did not state the setup at all. Our page on work from home call center jobs covers what those posts ask for and how to spot fake WFH offers.

How do you check that a BPO company or recruiter is legitimate?

Apply through the company’s own careers page or a job post that links to it, check that any email comes from the company’s own domain, and never pay to apply. If you are unsure, check the employer with DOLE’s PhilJobNet list or your local PESO.

Five checks before you send documents or go to an interview
  1. Find the job on the company’s own site

Open the careers page yourself (links in the table above), then search for the same role and site.

  2. Check the email addressEmployer rule

TP states its hiring managers "will only contact you from a @Teleperformance.com email address." A free email account or a chat app only is a warning sign.

  3. Refuse any feeEmployer rule

TP states it "will never send you checks or ask you to pay money during the job application process." Treat a reservation, training or equipment fee as a stop sign.

  4. Look the employer up on PhilJobNetDOLE

DOLE accredits employers before they can post there: "Only accredited employers may post job vacancies on PhilJobNet." The public can search the accredited list.

  5. Ask your PESO about recruitersDOLE

DOLE’s Bureau of Local Employment advises jobseekers to verify job offers and recruitment agencies with the Public Employment Service Office.

Sources: TP careers page and PhilJobNet (DOLE), both fetched 25 September 2026; SunStar, 17 January 2026, quoting DOLE BLE Director Patrick Patriwirawan.

DOLE’s Bureau of Local Employment warned in January 2026 about fake job offers on social media. Director Patrick Patriwirawan said: “We encourage jobseekers to go and contact Pesos and transact with legitimate private recruitment agencies only” (SunStar, 17 January 2026). This matters here because 3 of the 50 posts in our sample came from recruitment agencies hiring on behalf of a client.

If a post names a big BPO but the recruiter will not

Ask which company and which site the job is for. A legitimate recruiter can tell you once you are shortlisted. If the offer still has no company name, no address and no careers page link, walk away.

How big is the BPO industry in the Philippines?

The IT-BPM industry had 1.9 million workers in 2025, up 4% from 1.82 million in 2024, according to IBPAP president and CEO Jack Madrid. He put export revenue for 2025 at “above $40 billion” (Philstar, 29 January 2026).

IBPAP is the industry association for IT and business process management. Those figures cover the whole sector, including back office, IT and healthcare work, so they are larger than the number of call center agents alone.

How do you choose which company to apply to first?

Start from the role and the account you fit, then pick the companies whose posts ask for what you have. Apply to several at once so one slow reply does not hold you up.

  • No experience yet: start with the companies in the beginner table above, and read each post’s education line. 31 of 50 posts (62%) accepted a high school or SHS graduate as the lowest path, 2 of those only with experience.
  • You prefer chat or email: no post in our sample was purely non-voice. 11 of 50 (22%) were blended, mixing phone with chat or email. Our page on non-voice call center jobs explains where those roles sit.
  • You have a field you know: healthcare was the most common account named in our sample (10 of 50 posts, 20%). See what each BPO account involves before you ask for one.
  • Pay matters most: 36 of 50 posts (72%) showed pay, with a median posted range of ₱20,000 to ₱25,000 a month. Many of those figures are packages with allowances. Our call center salary guide breaks this down.

If you are new to the job itself, our overview of the call center agent role covers what the work is and how hiring works, step by step.

Frequently asked questions

What is a BPO company?

A BPO (business process outsourcing) company handles work such as customer service, technical support and back-office tasks for other businesses. In the Philippines most BPO jobs for beginners are call center agent roles on voice or blended accounts.

Which BPO company is best for fresh graduates?

No source we could verify ranks employers for fresh graduates. In our sample of 50 JobStreet posts read on 25 September 2026, 23 posts from 16 companies explicitly accepted applicants with no experience, including all 4 Foundever posts. Check each post for the site you apply to.

How many people work in BPO in the Philippines?

IBPAP reported 1.9 million IT-BPM workers in 2025, up from 1.82 million in 2024 (Philstar, 29 January 2026). That covers the whole sector, not only call center agents.

Do BPO companies charge a fee to apply?

Legitimate employers do not. TP, for example, states it will never ask you to pay money during the application process. If anyone asks for a reservation, training or equipment fee, stop and verify the employer on PhilJobNet or with your local PESO.
